Now that football season
is almost over, the band is beginning to break up into small
ensembles that can be called on for events like the Veteran's Day
Ceremony at East Orange City Hall on 11/11/09. This weekend, a
group of brass players got together at Digital Production Studios
to put together appropriate music for that event, to practice it,
and to take some photographs for the next round of ensemble
playing opportunities that involves wearing the Santa Hats you
see in these photos.

Don't worry, they won't be
wearing the hats at the Veteran's Day event, but the Winter
Season begins the day after Thanksgiving and there are not many
days they have left to prepare for it, so today's rehearsal
(11/08/09) combined patriotic music for Veteran's Day on
Wednesday with Seasonal Winter Songs for November 27th.
